OVERVIEW

1. We use a signed for service to ensure your order is shipped with full track and traceability. Currently this is a Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For* *(This may be subject to change).

2. Collection from Victoria Ford London premises is unavailable.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY & CHARGES

1. We endeavour to process and despatch all orders placed within 48 hours from order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 hours after placing your order, please contact customer services immediately via email or telephone. For details, please use the Contact Us page.

2. Our shipping costs are based upon the size and weight of each order. Orders that are £65.00 and over will automatically receive free complimentary shipping. This should be displayed at checkout.

3. To ensure there are no errors at checkout, please ensure you complete your address with the correct details.

4. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box Address.

5. We are unable to offer delivery to British Forces Postal Office addresses.

6. Unfortunately, we can only offer delivery to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING PROCESS

1. We seek for you to receive your order in a timely manner hence we ship our products six days a week. Cut off time to ensure next day shipping is 2pm Monday – Friday and 12 noon on Saturdays. Please allow 48 hours for order processing. If you place an order after 2pm, your order will be processed within the following 48 hours. Please note, this excludes Bank Holidays.

2. You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order has been placed and a further confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will include tracking information that you are welcome to track online. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of your order and ensure this is after you have received your despatch confirmation email. For deliveries to Northern Island, The Highlands and The Channel Islands, please allow a further 48 hours. For delivery to Northern Island, some customers are experiencing a delay due to Irish customs. If, in the unlikely event you have any issues with the delivery of your order please contact us.

3. If you require a refund for an order made in error, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

4. Multiple items ordered may be dispatched separately. An order may only be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
